Agent Skills solve this by giving AI assistants — Claude, Copilot, Codex, Cursor, and others — contextual WordPress knowledge on specific tasks and workflows. Each skill is a self-contained folder with instructions, references, and validation scripts. There are currently 17 experimental skills available, with more in development.
